About Quezada's

My fondest memories are when, as a child, I would wake up to the aromas of fresh tortillas, chilis being roasted and the sounds of an occasional rooster crowing at 6 a.m.
It is this vision that I hoped to bring to life with Quezada’s Salsa – bringing my Grandma’s home cooking to Hawaii. That vision is now a reality and is my passion, providing you with the taste of Mexican food native to Michoacán, Mexico where my family is from. At Quezada’s we make everything the way my Grandma makes it, and still does – foods like carnitas slow-cooked for four-to-six hours and roasting the tomatoes and chilis.
My promise is that Quezada’s home cooking will take you back in time so your taste buds can experience the same flavors that I did as a kid, enjoying my Abuelita’s cooking.

The food was delicious, as many of our fellow yelpers expressed that they could just eat the seasoned meats all by itself. Everything we had was full of flavor and authenticity. The employees enjoyed every morsel of the seasoned meats, salsas, guacamole, black beans w/ a very nice size roasted jalepeno, and Mexican rice. I'm basically drooling just writing this review and I'm even thinking of ordering a couple of taco kits for me to bring home some day this week

Inquired about having our work meeting catered and got an immediate response from Mike. He showed up promptly and was very professional. Our staff & I loved loved loved the carne asada tacos and all the different salsa options. Hands down one of the best guacamole's I've ever had. I highly recommend them for meetings, events, and parties. He's our new go to when we want to feed our staff awesome food!
